A super-secret government agency uses the butterfly effect to manipulate world affairs using Tim, a cynical political staffer, who is kidnapped by Jill, the agency’s top recruiter, and forced to work for them. He discovers that while he may be benefitting the US he is simultaneously undermining the rest of the world. Now he and Jill must betray their country to save the world from destruction.
